Put in @ Dandridge this morning at daylight. We went up river and started around Indian Creek. Water temp was "39"degrees and stained. Air temp was 34 starting out and 42 when we took the boat out. (What happened to the 60 degrees they were calling for today?)

We boated 8 largemouth and 1 nice sauger. The biggest LM was about 2 lbs. Our 5 best would have went between 7 and 8lbs.

Fish were caught on a variety of crankbaits and were pretty shallow. Again, we had several strikes with no hookups and two of the eight were hooked outside of the mouth.

The rain started around 10 and boy was it a could rain. We finally pulled the boat out about 11:30 when our gloves got soaked. I was thankful to get to fish today.
