Like you said Randy, Beginners usually have the best luck, so since you've never fished the hill, and well...i've never fished a tourney and i'm definetly a beginner at fishing. We should have this thing wrapped up!

if someone blows by you in a White Ranger pulling an innertube with a guy holding a Fly Rod, its me, Joe and Brad, don't forget to wave.

You better run the markers or you will be buying a new lower unit. they will be water coming in from Norris,they turn the water on below Norris Darn around 10am on the weekends.

Brown Bass and Bubba,

Tube jigs (natural colors with 1/8oz jigheads) and shadraps along the main channel banks.

Shaky heads/finess worms/senkos (green punkin/watermelon) back in the creeks. Fish'em SLOW and try your senkos wacky style!

Good luck and let us know how it went! The Hill has a reputation as a numbers lake so don't expect any hawgs but you should catch a few young'uns.

Thanks for the info. I'll try everything I can and hope we get something going.... This is a 3 fish limit club so I hope we can at least catch 3 keepers that will keep me in the points running for the classic....I've been told there's some big smallies in the Hill and that's what I usually fish for, if so we might have a chance at a limit anyway... ONE THING FOR SURE WE'LL HAVE FUN TRYING...and Bubba can teach me how to catch'em

SNOOTER, if you go by me that fast I will have to get out the tube and fall in behind you guys we'll wake the whole lake so noboady can catch'em

YOu guys think I would be better off fishing the upper end, mid lake, or around the lower end dam area? If they open up the Hill dam I think that will help me, I love to fish river systems and current, that's what I fished mostly growing up??

maybe 20 yrs ago i would do it, but not now, just fun with ya and besides we would make a whole bunch of enemies by wak'en up there fish'en spots
