Bad Habit- 01-03-2008
I bought 2 sets of batteries when I got an Alumacraft last spring. Unfortunately I didn't have the second set with me when I was bobbing around South Holston at midnight one night without juice so I started just taking plenty of batteries with me. Finally I got tired of toting all them batteries around and said screw it and just bought a lead sled with a charge-on-the run system. I can even charge from my old F-250 driving down the road when I put the attachment on. It shouldn't take but an hour to put it on but dang- I gotsta go feeshin'- not monkey around with stuff!

One other Tip. Get you a set of small jumper cables IF, somthing does happen and your crankin batter goes down. You can jump it from the trolling battery, but make sure you unhook the connection between the two if you're runnin a 24 volt TM.

Jason you shouldn't have any trouble with those batteries I've used them for years just keep them charged and they will do great check the water in them every once in awhile
