| Well I had put off reading this topic as long as I could and now I wish I would have put it off just a tad longer but since I have read it I have to post to it. 1 Those are not Pickle Eggs..... 2 The should be placed on the list of illegal to own much less make. 3 I think they have laws against Meth and Meth by Products 4 Because Jalapeno peppers are included they should be declare fire hazards 5 If your going to manufacture them you should be required to purchase permit from EPA first. 6 Proper ventilation systems and fire systems should be required in kitchen 7 some one asked if they kept clothes after ingesting these oval fireballs from H__L and the only clothing that might be salvagable would be shoes and socks Blazing inferno from human ventilation system would burn holes in rest of clothing. I use to like hard boiled eggs plain with salt, Now after reading the posts on this topic I don't think I could put a standard hard boiled egg in my mouth without thinking about this topic and feel safe about eating it. |

| Most people either hate these or love them. I have to admit, I love them. 1 dozen eggs 2 cups of apple cider vingar 1 jar of pickled beets 4-5 cloves of garlic 1 bay leaf 3-4 shakes of onion salt 3-4 shakes of garlic salt 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon of sugar 12 peppercorns 4-5 whole cloves 10-12 jalepeno peppers (sliced). Bring eggs to a boil and let sit for 22 minutes. While waiting on eggs, Mix vinegar and juice from pickled beets in a pot. Add remain ingredients (except peppers) and stir. I slice the cloves of garlic. Peel eggs and add to a jar. Then add jalepeno's. Bring pot with juices to a boil stirring occasionally and then let simmer. Pour juice over eggs and seal. Let sit two days in refrigerator then enjoy. The cooking procedure will stink up your kitchen. The eating procedure will stink up where every you are. J |
