Somehow I knew that one day. Some one would put step by step instructions for those F_rt Balls, I mean Pickled Eggs.

Next step,,put eggs in cold water, then bring to a boil.

Next step is to add your ingredients for the brine. Do this while your eggs are cooling.

Once your eggs have sit for 23 minutes,,peel and put in to a jar.

Bring your brine to a boil.



This is the cooking process that stinks the house up.

Add your peppers to the jar.

Once your brine has simmered, pour over eggs and seal.

Wha--Laa!!! Your finished product. They will be ready to eat by tomorrow afternoon, but the longer they sit the better they get.

Well,,the pic is not that good. I just now noticed one of the eggs split on me. Just means it will soak up the juice a little faster.

The eggs will turn pink as they sit in the brine.
