I am about to get a vortex spray in liner put in my boat and i have to remove some stuff including my trolling motor. i guess they have some weird screws with rubber deals on them? anyone ever taken on off after it was installed?
It took two people to get my old one off. I had danny b hold a big screwdriver in the bolt and I have to take the panel off and stick my arm and a wrench up to the front and turn it. It was a bee-ach.
Can you elaborate some more on the spray-in liner for a boat. First I've heard of it. Same priniciple as a truck bed obviously.
Who does it? How much does it cost? Have to rip your carpet out first?
Any pics anywhere to look at? Can you maybe post some before-and-after pics for us to see?
Is there a website?

yeah i will do a before and after pic. my boat has no carpet, just aluminum diamond plate. if you have rino or line X do it its gonna be arround $800 for an 18' boat. I have a buddy that owns a vortex dealership he is chargeing me 4$ per square foot and its like 130 sq.ft. so it gonna be like $500. the reason i am doing it is for cooler feet in summer, less noise when dropping stuff, and it acts as a dampener in an aluminum boats removes alot of stress from ruff water. i think xpress is doing sprayins from the factory now
OK...so you have an aluminum boat? You don't have any carpet to take up.
