March 1st cannot keep fish between 14" and 20" and only 1 20" or more. I cannot wait. This will make for some big trout!!!

To me a 14 inch trout is big. The only ones I catch ar 8 or 9 inches.

There are days on the Clinch,when you can get a limit of 14to16 inch trout.
