Earlybird and I went today in Clinton behind the jail, fishing was slow caught only 5 between the 2 of us ,all the trout were rainbows, caught them on crawlers and corn/salmon eggs.Will put up pics later.

It was a slow and cold morning. I still had a great time.

If you think today was cold, wait till Tues, Wed, and Thurs

They are calling for snow so I expect 60-70 degrees with sunny skys

if it doesnt get too cold , me and ms snoot are planning on hitting a couple spots and spinnerbait has a place or two in mind

Sometimes it is tough on the "grinch". Five is not too bad though. I need to work on my bait fishing skills. I wont fish anywhere but below the dam now. If you saw as many rising fish as I have been seeing you would fish it too. Did you see many trout? My problem has been getting them to bite spinners and jerkbaits.

You could see'em hitting the top but they must have had lock jaw. Can you wade below the dam? I have been wanting to try my luck up there.
